It is estimated that the there will be around 121,000 people living in the area by 2050. There will be 3 new stations here for the approved SkyTrain expansion. That way commute will be easy to Surrey and Langley.

Things to do in Cloverdale.
The Cloverdale Rodeo has been held annually at the the Cloverdale Fairgrounds since 1945.
Many people visit the antique stores, the Museum of Surrey, the BC Vintage Truck Museum, and the Fraser Valley Heritage Railway, Canada Day festivals, Cloverdale Arena, and Elements Casino. So much to see and do, explore. Close to the US border, White Rock, Langley. With many parks and it is ideal for nature lovers too.
